Cheese, cured meat, freshly baked bread, pastries and cakes, day spas, wooden chalets, snowy mountains, just a few reasons why France is a must on my bucket list of world wide snow destinations.
Heat waves are rising off the freshly raked golden sand of St Kilda beach, its 34 degrees and my pale ski bum skin is sizzling in the heat.
I chose the perfect week to arrive to Melbourne... that is if you enjoy being roasted in your own skin like the delicious little chestnuts from the hippie cart in Wanaka. Australia greeted me with a run of three sweltering forty-degree days.
