Lake Ohau Lodge (2012)

Lake Ohau Lodge is situated at the bottom of the mountain, 15 minutes drive from the Ohau Snow Fields and both businesses have been operated by the Neilson family for the past 20 years.
The Lodge offers discounted lift passes to house guests with great dinner, bed and breakfast packages in 4 different standards of accommodation. These range from luxury rooms with balconies and views of the lake to bunk rooms with ensuites. All rooms are cosy and comfortable.
The large restaurant has an open log fire, views of the lake, comfy chairs, deer heads and big tables where guests will often be seated with other guests. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is warm and personal. The evening meals are a delicious set 3 course menu and the breakfasts are hearty. Dietary requirements are individually catered for. An early dining time for children is often arranged in the weekends and holidays.
The facilities include bar, games room, TV room, spa pools, drying room, wireless internet in the public areas. The Lodge hosts many fun event nights during the winter season.
