With 118 designated trails Big White offers a wide variety of terrain from beginner to extreme, as well as Terrain Park with both beginner/Intermediate and intermediate/Advanced lanes combined with Rails and Jumps. Silver Star, Vernon British Columbia: Silver Star that gets up to 7 meters of 100% natural light and dry snow, called Champaign powder! With 12 uplifts that can pump 14,000 people an hour to top of any of their 115 runs, getting cold in line up isn't an issue. There terrain ranges for beginner to extreme and is spread over 3000 acres and 3 mountain faces. Whether you are looking for long groomed runs or powder filled shoots, Silver Star has it all! Panorama, Invermere British Columbia: Panorama has over 2,800 acres of terrain & an average of +5 meters of snow this is the ideal place to spend a working holiday in Canada! The ski area is perfect for many skiers as 75% of the runs are suitable for beginners or intermediates, but for the more advanced riders you can head to Taynton Bowl for some black diamond runs. It's a great place to find powder stashes days after a dump of snow. The two terrain parks are packed full with rails, boxes, step downs/ups and true table tops! Work at Panorama.
Sunshine Village, Banff Alberta: Sunshine Village is located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park and constantly has the most snowfall of all winter resorts in Canada. Averaging up to 9 meters! With 107 trails on three mountain faces ((Mount Standish, Lookout Mountain, and Goat's Eye Mountain) Sunshine village is every bit the skier/snowboarders dream! The trails range from beginner to expert and they also offer more than 15 acres of Terrain Park! If you are an advanced rider you will find yourself playing in Delirium Drive with pitches of 40 degree and vertical footage of over 1900 feet! Work at Sunshine Village
Marmot Basin, Jasper, Alberta: Marmot Basin is located in the rugged landscape of Jasper National Park in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. It is known for its un-crowded, unhurried and laidback feel that keeps skiers/boarders returning year after year and was voted Canada's 2nd best resort in 2013. Whether you are an expert skier/snowboarder or just learning, Marmot Basin has terrain for you. Marmot Basin has 86 runs with trees, bumps, alpine bowls and chutes. Vista Ridge, For McMurry Alberta: Vista Ridge provides employees with a fully rounded resort experience. It is not uncommon for an employee to work in all departments through the course of the week. Innovation encouraged, ideas for terrain park, ski school, special events and daily operations are frequently discussed with the team. Asessippi Ski Area, Manitoba: Asessippi Ski Area isn't as much about the vertical as it is the experience. Located on the border of Saskatchewan and Manitoba it is here you will experience Canadian culture first hand and become part of a tight nit Canadian community. Asessippi has 25 runs that range from easy to expert where you can work on your skiing, snowboarding and even snow biking skills!
