The spectacular views from all floors of this art filled, modern villa, are only five minutes walk from town where you have access to all that is available to see and do in this stunning area! There is a fully equipped kitchen, with BBQ facilities on the terrace. The family room sleeps 4 -in bunks, or in 2 extra comfortable queen size, sofa beds. The cottage is situated in a quiet cul de sac and is extremely warm and cosy with 3 double bedrooms (2 with ensuites and a third large bathroom with separate bath tub) and a lovely log burner fire. The open plan lounge and kitchen are north facing so it’s very sunny, there’s a garage, laundry, plenty of off-street parking and it’s a super-easy 5-7 min walk into the town centre. This cottage sleeps 6-8 people and is $1700 per week for 6 people which includes all linen, cleaning and WiFi internet access.

The apartment is situated at the top of the garden with fabulous views of mountains. It’s got 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, huge open plan lounge, full kitchen, large deck out the front, plus a courtyard BBQ area out the back and an internally accessed garage. Heating is via heatpump in the lounge and all beds have electric blankets. this apartment can sleep 5 people and all beds can be made up as doubles or twins and there’s also a sofabed in the lounge.
