Alpure Peaks is not operating during 2011. Alpure Peaks offered the ultimate adventure playground across 2,600 hectares of private land in the heart of the Southern Alps. Imagine fresh tracks, deep powder and no queues. Catskiing at Alpure Peaks is half the price of heliskiing and double the fun with a ride up the mountain on an all terrain Hagglund vehicle and Snowcat. You get exclusive access to top quality snow with awesome natural half pipe, huge bowls, jumps, 2,220m peak with vertical 650m run, and 1,500m base area in which to ski, board, snowshoe and telemark. Alpure Peaks operated on a charter basis in August which is $4,200 per day (2010 price) for exclusive use of the mountain and cat for a maximum of 7 people, or there is a standby option for limited seats @ $600 per day per person.
